How the Sussex rankings work
Swim England (formerly the ASA) publishes a rolling 12-month ranking of every licensed time swum in Britain. We group those times by county so you can see how a swimmer compares with others in Sussex, rather than the whole country. Long course (50m pool) and short course (25m pool) rankings are kept separate because the times are not directly comparable.
